Younis retains senior Snooker title

JAMMU, Dec 31: Seasoned campaigner and experienced cueist, Younis Kuchey today retained the Senior Snooker title, outplaying fighting Abhishek Pathania in the final of the J&K Billiards and Snooker Championship, organised by the J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Losing opening frame to Abhishek by 45-66, experienced Younis hardly looked back and showed serenity, composure and focus to take away following four frames to make it a 4-1 win in the best of seven finals. The score: 4-1 (45-66, 83-43, 74-49, 8441, 60-49).
Younis, who serves with J&K Forests Department has represented J&K at the National level many times.
