JAMMU, July 24: Young Strikers will take on Satan Homeland XI in the title clash during PK’s Annual Sports Extravaganza at Jagti, here tomorrow.
Earlier, in the first semifinal, Young Strikers defeated RSCC by a big margin, while in another semifinal, Satan Homeland XI got the better of Challengers XI by a huge margin of 107 runs.
Batting first, Satan Homeland XI scored 158 runs, while in reply, Challengers XI bundled out for a paltry total of 51 runs. For Satan, Sushil was the top performer, who scored 22 valuable runs and took 4 important wickets, while Rahul Bhat also scalped 4 wickets. Suraj Kitroo captured 4 wickets for Challengers XI.
The mega sporting event is being organised with an objective to provide ample opportunity to youth to hone their sporting skill and help them not to derail from the mainstream to not to fall prey to drugs or other social evils.
