Writing competition held at GPCW

JAMMU, May 19: BIS Standard Club of Government Polytechnic College for Women (GPCW) organized a standard writing competition in collaboration with BIS JKBO Bari Brahmana, here today.
The competition was organized under the supervision of Er. Suket Gupta, Principal. The resource person for the event was Er. Dheeraj Shan from BIS Jammu who apprised the students and participants about the motive of the event and importance of quality of products in daily life.
Er. Ankita Gupta, BIS mentor of this Institution also apprised the students about rules and regulation for writing the standards.
The cash prizes were presented to the winners by Principal, wherein Sheefali Balgotra bagged 1st position, Sacchi Nayyar stood 2nd and Shruti Sharma bagged 3rd position, while Divyanshi was awarded with consolation prize.
Principal Er. Suket Gupta while interacting with the participants of the competition impressed upon the need of standards in the competitive market and thanked the BIS JKBO for organizing such a nice event in the Institution.
