MENDHAR, Dec 26: NSS unit of Government Degree College Mendhar started seven day long winter special camp in the college premises today.
The Camp was inaugurated by Prof Shabir Hussain Shah Principal of the College, which started with the prayer.
NSS Programme officer Prof A A Chowdhary gave the details about the Camp and threw light on the activities being carried out during the camp. Almost 60 Volunteers of NSS were present on this occasion.
Principal while interacting with the Volunteers, stress upon them to do each and every activity with zeal and zest. He further said that such type of camps shall help in the overall development of the personality of the individual.
Among others Prof Sarshad Hussain, Dr Mahroof Khan, Prof Javed Manzoor, Prof Shabnam and Prof Mohd Akram were present on the occasion.
