JAMMU, Sept 15: Cueists displayed skill and showed class, composure and promise while vying for the top honours in the Senior Snooker Championship, being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association (JKBSA) at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
In today’s matches, Rohit Sharma defeated Vicky (3-2), Nitin Sharma drubbed Hargun Sethi (3-0), Nikhil Kapahi trounced Gurjeev Singh (3-2), Inderpal Singh beat Stanzin Stobdan (3-0), Abhishek Goswami beat Vishal Abrol (3-1), Vidit Gauri outplayed Sanjay Sharma (3-0), Ishan Choudhary prevailed over Inderpal Singh (3-2), Ishuk Choudhary got the better of Mukesh Kapahi (3-1), Abhishek Pathania beat Nitin Sharma (3-0), Sohail Khalid outclassed Shubham Dubey (3-1) and Abhishek Goswami trounced Rohit Sharma (3-0).
