RAJOURI, Mar 28: Additional Superintendent of Police, Mohd Rafi Giri inaugurated a Volleyball tournament in Nowshera area, here today.
He was accompanied by SDPO Tousif Ahmed and SHO Rajesh Jasrotia. The tournaments are organized at various places like border areas of Lam Bhawani and Baripattan in Sub-Division Nowshera under Civic Action Programme (CAP) to channelize the energy and potential of the youth in the right direction.
In the 1st match, Nowshera Sports Club beat Border Club by 3-0 sets (25-15, 25-22 and 25-16).
The ASP said that youth have to participate actively in the games and sports to keep themselves fit and took the benefits of tournaments, organized by the Police.
