JAMMU, Nov 5: Inter Collegiate Volleyball Tournament for women, being organized by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu entered Day-2 at Varsity’s Volleyball court today.
GDC Hiranagar defeated GCW Udhampur by 2-1 sets with set score 24-26, 28-26 and 15-08, GDC Akhnoor beats GCW Kathua by 2-1 sets with set score 21-25, 25-22 and 15-10 and GDC Kathua beats GDC Samba by 2-1 sets with set score 25-19, 13-25 and 16-14.
The other scheduled matches for today ended with walkovers.
The matches were officiated by a technical panel of VFI Qualified Referees including Amit Sharma, Mulkh Raj, Manik Nargotra, Vikas Karlopia and Shubham Sharma.
The Tournament is being organized under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu.
