JAMMU, May 7: Friendship Cup Volleyball Tournament for migrant youth, organized by District Police Jammu, under the supervision of SSP Jammu, concluded at Jagti, near here today.
Eight teams drawn from Jagti, Nagrota and adjoining areas participated in the Tournament to vie for the top honours.
The final match was played between Jagti Warriors and Sidra Lawrence, wherein Jagti Warriors emerged winner by defeating the rival team in straight sets by (2-0) with set scores reading 25-22, 25-15.
SDPO Nagrota, YS Slathia was the chief guest on the occasion, who was accompanied by SHO Nagrota, BS Manhas and Chowki Officer Jagti, Daljeet Singh.
The chief guest and other dignitaries distributed prizes among the winners and the runners-up teams on the occasion.
