SAMBA, Apr 29: Vimal Muni College of Education (VMCE), Ramgarh, organized a debating competition on the topic, ‘Ayurveda vs Allopathy’, here today
Anu Gupta, chairperson of the College was the chief guest, while GQ Sheikh was guest of honour.
Faculty members including Meena Verma, Urmal Kumari and Vijay Laxmi were the judges of the event.
10 students participated in the event, wherein Sushma bagged first place, Mittu Sharma and Monika Malhotra shared the second spot, while the 3rd place was clinched by Meetu Devi.
While speaking, the students highlighted the origin, meaning and application of both Allopath and Ayurveda with special reference to modern approach of treatment in different diseases.
Dr Sheikh shared his valuable views on the topic with the students, while Anu Gupta presented vote of thanks.
Dr SD Gupta also spoke on the occasion and presented valuable tips.
