KATHUA, Jan 3: Vicky XI Pathankot team thrashed Sabhi Cricket Club Hoshiarpur by 2 wickets and sailed into semi-final rounds of the ongoing 11th Police Martyr’s Memorial T-20 Championship, here today.
Pardeep was declared as man of the match for his outstanding performance.
In the 2nd quarterfinal match, Sabhi Cricket Club Hoshiarpur team won the toss and elected to bat first and gave a target of 106 runs in stipulated 20 overs, wherein Depanshu scored 29 runs.
In reply, Vicky XI easily chased the given target by losing 8 wickets and registered 2 wickets win over the opponent team. Puneet scored 28 runs in 31 balls with the help of 2 boundaries and 1 maximum, while Pardeep made 21 runs.
