JAMMU, Nov 20: The Departments of Urdu, Physical Education and Sociology registered victories over their rivals in the ongoing Inter-Department (Men) Cricket Tournament at Jammu University ground, here.
In the first match, Urdu Department drubbed History Department in a close contest by 6 runs, while in another match, Physical Education Department drubbed Economics Department by 34 runs and in yet another match, Sociology Department defeated Business School in a thrilling contest by 3 runs.
The matches were officiated by a panel of experts namely Vijay Raina, Shahrukh Khan, Sat Pal, Tahir Choudhary, Vijay Kumar, Manoj and Raj Kumar Bakshi.
