JAMMU, Jan 2: Two days 10th District Jammu Rope Skipping Championship, organized by Jammu District Rope Skipping Association under the aegis of Rope Skipping Association of Jammu and Kashmir, concluded.
In the Championship, 130 players participated from various schools including KC International School, Shangrilla Public School, Haven Kingdom Public School, KC Gurukul School, Army Public School Damana, GD Goenka School, BSF School, APS Rakhmuthi, Carmel Convent School, Ultimax Martial Arts and Fitness Academy and Infinity Sports Club Jammu.
The championship went off well and prize distribution ceremony was attended by Dushyant Sharma SSP, Staff Officer, Sports, APHQ as chief guest. Tarun Uppal Chairperson Nirbhay Bharat foundation and Dr Rohit Gupta were guests of honour. Sandeepan Dutta, Rajiv Batra and Tarsem Sharma were special guests on the occasion.
The Championship was conducted under the supervision of Danish Sharma Technical Director RSAJK and officials Harsh Vardhan, Ina Dhar, Koushal Garg, Prajwal Dutta, Lakshaydeep Sharma, Akash Batra and Rudrakshit.
In Speed Hop (U-11) Boys, Kanoshq Sharma and Saransh secured first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Yashodhan and Onik Sagar, in U-12 Boys, Darsh Bhat and Droan Dushyant Kohli bagged first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Atharv Mahajan and Tarkishverma, in U-14 Boys, Parth Mahajan, Adhijai Mehta and Midush Gupta bagged first, second and third positions respectively, in U-17 Boys, Lakshydeep Sharma and Shivang Kumar bagged first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by KosarChandpuri and Gurmehar Singh and in U-19 Boys, Aditya Sharma and Natish Singh clinched first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Tarun Manhas and Shivam.
In Speed Hop (U-11) Girls, Rudhra Chib, Harsheen Kaur Bhatia and Sanvitha bagged first, second and third positions respectively, in U-12 Girls, Palak Soi, Pragya Wadhera and Tushti Mahajan clinched first, second and third positions respectively, in U-14 Girls, Avreen Kour and Pragati Sawhney clinched first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Shivaki Thaploo and Arpita, in U-16 Girls, Aradhna, Aaranya Mahajan and Sunidhi Gupta bagged first, second and third positions respectively, in U-18 Girls, Peehu Mahajan, Manreen Kour and Nandani bagged first, second and third positions respectively and in U-19 Girls, Kajal Manhas, Rupali Choudhary and Kajal Chib clinched first, second and third positions respectively.
In Speed Sprint 30 Sec (U-14) Girls, Aradhna and Pragati Sawhney bagged first and second positions respectively, while the third position was shared by Ankita and Raksha, in U-17 Girls, Janvi Rajput and Sonakshi Sagar bagged first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Kamakshi Sharma and Nandani.
In Speed Sprint (U-11) Boys, Kanishq Sharma and Droan Dushyant Kohli clinched first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Yashodhan and Darsh Bhat, in U-14 Boys, Adhijai Mehta, Midush Gupta and Aryaman bagged first, second and third positions respectively, in U-17 Boys, Lakshydeep Sharma and Nitish Singh bagged first and second positions respectively, while third position was shared by Kosar Chandpuri and Gurmehar Singh, in U-19 Boys, Aditya Sharma and Harsh Bhardwaj bagged first and second positions respectively.
In Double (U-14) Boys, Nitin Kumar, Parth Mahajan and Kanishq Sharma bagged first, second and third positions respectively and in U-17 Boys, Lakshydeep Sharma, Shivang Kumar and Siddanth Mehra bagged first, second and third positions respectively.
In Backward Single Bounce 30 Sec (U-11) Girls, Mishti Sharma, Ankita and Raksha bagged first, second and third positions respectively and in U-17 Girls, Aradhna, Sneha Sharma and Samridhi Sharma bagged first, second and third positions respectively.
In Backward Single Bounce 30 Sec (U-14) Boys, Zayin Dobriyal, Akshit and Shaurya clinched first, second and third positions respectively.
