JAMMU, Aug 28: The Jammu & Kashmir Tug of War Association under the Presidentship of Hardeep Singh Anand, has selected teams to participate in the 21st Sub Junior and 32nd Junior National Men and Women Tug of War Championships, being held from September 4 to 6, 2019 at Miraj in Maharashtra.
The teams were selected by S. Hardeep Singh Anand, Jodh Singh Isher, Working Secretary and Jasvir Singh, Vice President, under the supervision of J&K State Sports Council Screening Committee Members comprising of Ravi Kumar, Divisional Sports Officer, Ashok Singh Manager MA Stadium and other members at Playfield, Shastri Nagar, here.
The selected players for 21st Sub Junior Men National underweight category 500 Kg included Sarbdeep Singh, Sarth Jain, Harsh Jain, Vineet Pal, Manpreet, Aniket, Arun, Kanahiya Bali, Aditya Nagra and Suresh Kumar
In the 32nd Junior Men and Women National weight category 520 Kg include Japneet Kour, Suhani, Anam, Swati, Aditi, Sahil Bhagat, Gaganpreet Singh, Sharad, Sahil Kumar and Harsh Sumbria.
In the 32nd Junior Men National weight category 540 Kg include Arpit Gupta, Vikas, Shaan, Ayan Ratra, Amit, Ranjot, Shivam, Mehboob Iqbal, Harish and Rahul Kumar.
In the 32nd Junior Men National weight category 560 Kg include : M/s Aditya Sharma, Kannu, Sourav Raina, Sumit, Pratham Chib, Sanamdeep, Gurvinder, Pratham Singh, Raghav and Vikas Choudhary.
Gorav Kumar Dubey, Kiran Kumari, Shallu Devi, Jatinder Singh, Sourav Kumar and Robin Singh will accompany the teams as coaches and managers.
