JAMMU, July 22: Occupying the first two spots after the group stage, Terminetters will clash with Top Spinners in the Qualifier-1 for the place in the finals to be played at 6:30 pm tomorrow at Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium, here.
The other two teams which qualified for the play offs include Jammu Warriors and Singh Warriors, which will lock horns for the place in the Qualifier-2 to be played against the looser of Qualifier-1 which will eventually be the second team to enter the finals.
All these matches are scheduled for tomorrow and the finals will be played on July 24, 2018.
Earlier, in the decisive matches today, Jammu Warriors kept their nerves to win both their matches against Evergreen Jammuites & Spin Twins to secure their place in the playoffs.
Evergreen Jammuites remained the most unlucky team having started their campaign with two consecutive wins, lost their way in the middle eventually bowing out of the competition.
Today’s results: Terminetters beat Morning Warriors 3-0, Top Spinners drubbed Evergreen Jammuites 3-0, Jammu Warriors trounced Spin Twins 3-0, Jammu Warriors outplayed Evergreen Jammuites 3-0.
Satbir Singh (former International TT Player), Lokesh Sharma and Ajay Sharma were the prominent faces amongst the audience who cheered for the players on the occasion.
