JAMMU, June 11: Witnessing the cumulative effect of the outcome of the camp, the students of MV International School, Jammu spent the night of the concluding day of the ongoing Summer Camp at school with the entire faculty and the management, here.
The creativity was visible in Science projects, beautifully decorated pottery items, art & craft displays and many other quality programmes of the function.
The function began with prayer followed by the introduction of the Summer Camp by the head girl, Divya Manhas. Captivating Magic show by Gurpreet Singh, a reputed magician of Jammu enthralled the audience.
The highlight of the programme was the slide show prepared by the students giving detailed information about the contribution of the guest visitors, Col (Retd) Ajay Malhotra; Career Counselor, Parwinder Singh Sethi; Photojournalist, Anand Sharma; Divisional Fire Officer, S C Verma; Yoga instructor, Deepak; Dr S A Rathar and Deputy SP Atul Sharma.
The show left a deep impact on everyone. A visual show titled “Glimpses of Summer Camp” focusing on all day to day activities in the field of Pottery, Science, English Language Development, Art & Craft, Maths Games, Cooking, Yoga, Sports and Computers also provided wholesome infotainment to the audience.
The national prize winner speedball player of MV International School, Sakshi Thapa also displayed her skill on the occasion.
Chairman, Hira Lal Abrol, Chairperson, Savita Abrol, Director, Gourav Abrol and Akriti Abrol were present on the occasion.
While speaking on the occasion, the Chairman expressed his gratitude for all the external agencies and experts who sparing their precious time visited the school on different days to raise the awareness level of the students in different relevant fields of their lives.
School Principal also spoke on the occasion. The function came to an end with cake-cutting ceremony followed by dinner.
