Summer Camp concludes at DPS Jammu

JAMMU, June 23: In order to help students relax, recreate, rejuvenate and explore their hidden talent, the Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu organized 19-days Summer Camp in School premises, which concluded here, today.
An impressive, colourful and well-attended valedictory function was organized by the School Management to felicitate the participants on the concluding day.
The students presented scintillating cultural items, which enthralled the entire gathering present on the occasion.
Sudarshan Sonar, Principal of the School was the chief guest on the occasion, who later-on distributed prizes among the students.
The students were trained by the experts in various sports and allied activities including skating, swimming, lawn tennis, table tennis, cricket, English conversation, dance, computer, art and craft, painting, paper mashie and glass painting. An exhibition was also organized to display the craft items made by the students.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest highlighted the importance of such Camps in grooming hidden talent of the students.
