JAMMU, Sept 12: Sudipti Khanna, Akansha and Priti won gold medals in badminton during the 2nd Indo Nepal Youth Rural Games and Sports Championship at Pakuhawa Campus ground Bhaerva in Nepal recently.
The Games and Sports Championship was organized by the Youth Rural Games and Sports Association of Nepal and Youth Rural Games Federation of India (YRGFI).
The gold medalists in skating in this Championship included Varun Anand, Jaideep Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Vasu Dev Singh, Tejeshwar Tak, Keshav Basotra and Arindham Langer, while Vikas Singh and Tarbjeet Singh won gold in martial arts and Rizwan Choudhary and Rahul Sharma claimed silver in cricket.
JB Thappa, organizing secretary of the event had a special word of thanks for the participating players and officials from India.
