JAMMU, Mar 9: Jammu and Kashmir State Body Building team today left for the participation in the 9th Senior National Body Building Championship to be held at Roha Raigad in Maharashtra from March 11 to March 13, 2016.
The team: Dhananjay Singh Charak, Sidharth Sathoo, Vimal Jit, Akshat Gupta, Vikas Thaper, Vikrant Singh, Sunil Kumar Sharma, Parmjit Singh and Mohd Mehraj.
The team will be accompanied by the officials Rajesh Dutta, general secretary BBAJK, Naresh Gupta, Secretary and BS Tirthi, Adviser.
The team which is being sponsored by J&K State Sports Council, will be participating in the event under the banner of Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
Earlier, the team was screened by the Screening Committee of State Sports Council including Shiv Kumar Sahrma, Rajan Sahrma and Satish Gupta.
