JAMMU, Dec 30: J&K Sports Power lifting Association is organizing State Bench-Press Power lifting Championship on January 2 at BJD Friends Health Club Paloura to select the State players for their participation in the National Bench-Press Championship to be held at Jammu from February 20 to 23.
All the interested participants are invited for this championship from 11:30 am onwards.
The body weighing will be conducted on January 1 at Udhay Health Club Bantalab between 11 am to 1 pm.
