JAMMU, Nov 30: J&K Sports Powerlifting Association is organizing a State Bench-Press & Deadlift Powerlifting Championship (men & women) unequipped on December 5, 2015 at RKM Gym, Upper Gummat, Kanji House, here.
“J&K State team to participate in the forthcoming National Bench-Press & Deadlifting Championship to be held at Milanee Hall Jamshedpur, Tatanagar from January 2 to January 4, 2016 will be selected from this Championship. Body weighing will be held on December 4, 2015,” informed Rajan Jain, general secretary of the Association.
