AKHNOOR, Feb 27: Students of Maharaja Hari Singh DAV Public School, Akhnoor were bestowed tips by a Team of Speedball experts led by General Secretary of J&K Speedball Association, Sunny Nanda, here.
The team demonstrated the basic skills of Speedball, the National Game of Egypt.
On this occasion, Mr Nanda along with other members held demonstrative matches to make them interested in this game.
Speaking on occasion, Mr Nanda assured the students not only for better neuro physical health, but also for job opportunities and abroad tours.
The faculty of the School and the students were impressed by the demonstrative matches.
The Sports Faculty of DAV School Akhnoor assured Mr Nanda for introduction of the game in Akhnoor and adjoining areas.
Principal of the Institution, Alok Betab said that this sport may provide a chance to students for representing the State at the National and International scene.
