JAMMU, Mar 28: SNS Vidya Mandir held an impressive function to celebrate its Annual Prize Distribution function for the classes pre-nursery to 7th and 9th in the school premises, here today.
BJP State President and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma, was the chief guest on the occasion.
The programme commenced with lighting of ceremonial lamp by the chief guest along with other dignitaries.
The colourful programme entertained the audience tremendously and filled the environment with great zest, vibrance and elation.
Participants showered the fragrance of their innocence and talent during the performances after which Chief guest honoured the pupils for their outstanding performances in the field of academic and co-curricular activities.
Mr Sharma applauded the participants and stressed upon the need of overall development of the students. He motivated and inspired the students to participate in more and more activities and competitions. He said that the students should focus on co-curricular activities with full zeal along with the academics. He also prompted the parents to motivate their wards on every little accomplishment they make in any field which help in their wholesome development in long run.
Sharma also credited the school administration for providing quality infrastructure and good learning atmosphere to the students.
BJP District President Jammu West Ayodhya Gupta, Rajinder Kakkar Manager Trust, Raj Kumar Sharma Member, Darshan Lal Gupta Manager Praveena Jha Principal DBN SV and Sonika Mahajan Principal DBN MM also graced the occasion. Maximum number of students along with parents participated in the function.
The programme ended with the vote of thanks by Principal Neelam Sabharwal.
