JAMMU, Nov 23: Sky Hawks defeated State Sports Club by two goals to one (2-1) in the B-Division Football League Tournament, being organised by District Football Association (DFA) Jammu, under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Football ground, here.
Adnan and Tarar were the goal scorers for Sky Hawks, who netted the goals in 14th and 46th minutes respectively, while Kayan pelted the goal for State Sports Club in 42nd minute.
In another match, Young Himalaya FC got walkover against Pallanwala Football Club.
The match was officiated by Dheeraj Menia, Dil Bahadur, Abhishek Rashav, Rockey, Rahul, Aman and Ajay.
Prominent among others who witnessed the matches were Narinder Gupta, Yousuf Don, Rajesh Sumbria, Satpal Kalsi, Mohan Lal, Bharat Bhushan, Rattan Lal, Harbans Lal, Amarjeet Singh, Ranjeet Rathore, Mohinder Kalsi, Mudasar Ahmed and Vijay Kumar.
