JAMMU, Aug 16: The Sharda Institute of Computer Education (SICE), Jagti Branch of Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra, marked its foundation day with vibrant celebrations. The event began with the lighting of the lamp and a Sharda Vandana. Dr. Arvind Karwani, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, was the chief guest, and Tota Ram, a prominent social activist, presided over the function.
Dr. Karwani congratulated the students receiving their computer diplomas and lauded Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra’s contributions to education, skill development, and social activities. He emphasized the importance of skill-based education to transform youth into job creators.
Dr. M. K. Bharat, Chairman of Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra, outlined the institute’s social, academic, and cultural programs. The program was conducted by Megha Pandita and Shruti Dhar, with a vote of thanks from Prof. Sundeep Pandita, Director of SICE.
