JAMMU, July 30: Shivani Koul Bhatt shined in 17th Annual Children, Youth and Professional International Art Contest-2021, organised by Indian Royal Academy of Art and Culture, Karnataka.
She has been award with ‘Gold Award’ for her works in professional category. Shivani Koul is an artist who has developed her own technique of portraying the world around on canvas, drawing attention to colours, reflection and movements that express mood of the moment.
