JAMMU, Mar 18: MLC Vikram Randhawa inaugurated Shemrock Glittering Stars as chief guest in an impressive function at Narwal Bala, here today.
Sabia Choudhary, Sarpanch of the area was the guest of honour, while all the Panches of Narwal Bala were present on the occasion.
The function began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and ribbon cutting ceremony.
The chief guest, the guest of honour and the Director of the school, Ram Lal Verma spoke on the occasion.
The chief guest after visiting the entire school building and the surrounding arena, lavished praise on the School Director and termed the institution as one of the best in the locality.
Sarpanch also spoke on the occasion, before the presentation of vote of thanks by Mr Verma.
