Shaurya Int’l organises fete- ‘Hungama’

JAMMU, Nov 13: Shaurya International School organised its most awaited fun filled fete ‘Hungama-2022’ in the School premises, here today.
Manish Sinha, Additional Director General of Police was the chief guest who inaugurated the fete by angelic ribbon cutting. The chief guest was accompanied by School Chairman Harinder Mahajan and Vice Chairman Sahil Mahajan along with Principal Dr Rajesh Gandral visited various stalls.
The Hungama-2022 had everything to satisfy everyone’s appetite. There was a huge rush of people witnessed over game-stalls such as Dart Game, Balloon Shooting, Khatron ke Khiladi, Basketball, Stack Cup, Lock and Key, Ring the Object, Funny Board Games, etc.
The vast playground area of the School invited brave hearts to give a go to their adrenalin as action packed swing rides were put up there. The safeguarding officers kept an eagle’s eye over all activities. Significant care was given to ensure that all visitors get to give a joy ride to their taste buds as special food stalls were put up with a variety of culinary delights to appease varying tastes.
Implementation of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was in full swing as visitors wilfully followed all instructions with regard to cleanliness.
At 2pm, every heartbeat seemed to have come to a standstill as it was the time for declaration of winners for the ‘lucky draw’. The chief guest of the day gave away the lucky draw exploits to the winners.
The chief guest said that the children are like wet cement, whatever falls on them, makes an impression. He applauded the efforts of the Principal and the staff of the School in putting forth such an unprecedented fete, which besides being educational had a very integrating tone for general masses.
Dr Rajesh Gandral, Principal of the School in his vote of thanks speech presented his heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the chief guest and all visitors for being part of Hungama- 2022 and making it a grand success.
