CO stresses leadership importance

JAMMU, Aug 12: To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, Shemford Futuristic School campus buzzed with excitement and pride as it hosted its annual ceremony. The event was marked by an air of enthusiasm and spirit, filling the venue with positivity and anticipation.
This event was honoured with the gracious presence of the dignitaries of Jammu. The chief guest of the occasion was Col. Baljeet Singh, Commanding Officer; along with Divgot Kour former Mrs. India and Miss Punjaban Globe presently working as Principal TAPS.
The guest of eminent honour was Surinder Choudhary, Additional Superintendent of Police Samba. The event was also presided over by Vijay Puri, Academic Director; Sahrish Ismaily, I/C Principal; Ankita Choudhary, Administrative Officer and Sushma Choudhary, H.M Pre-Primary wing. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest.
The program began with the lighting of the lamp followed by Ganesh Vandana.The march pass by all the Student Council Members was a spectacular event which created a cheerful atmosphere for the ceremony. The badges were pinned. And they were adorned with stars and sashes by the Chief guest, guest of honour and their parents.
The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honor led by School Head boy and Head Girl Master Gitish Dogra and Agrini in high esteem.
