SCC thrashes WCC by 37 runs

JAMMU, Aug 19: Sharda Cricket Club (SCC) registered 37 runs win over White Cricket Club (WCC) to enter into the next stage of the ongoing 1st Jammu Cricket Premier League Pink Ball Tournament, being organized by Krish Sports and Event at KC Sports Club, here today.
Batting first, SCC scored 107 runs by losing all wickets in 15 overs. Sagar scored magnificent 46 runs in 42 balls while Ave Kachroo made 11 runs in 15 balls. From WCC, Deepak proved his mettle and scalped 4 wickets while Rohit Handoo also claimed 2 wickets.
In the second inning, WCC failed to chase the target and collapsed at 70 runs by losing all wickets in 16 overs. Ravi Pandita made 24 runs off 30 balls while Rahul Tickoo scored 8 runs in 17 balls. From SCC side, Rahul scalped 3 wickets while Vinod took 2 wickets.
Sagar Sadhu was adjudged as Man of the Match and was awarded by chief guest Ashok Singh and Sunil Kachroo.
The match was officiated by Rakesh and Faiz as umpires, while Rehan Rana maintained the scorecard. The tournament is being played under the supervision of Sagar Sadhu, Rehan Rana and Ave Kachroo from Krish Sports and Event.
