JAMMU, May 1: Outpla-ying their rivals convincingly in the quarterfinal matches, Sangam Cricket Club and Muskan Cricket Club entered the semifinals of the Jagti T20 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Kashmiri Pandit United Coordination Committee at Jagti, near here.
In the first match, Muskan Cricket Club defeated Bharat Cricket Club by 7 wickets in an easy contest.
Batting first, Bharat CC scored a modest total of 111 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Sunil Ticko top scored with 45 runs. Ashu took 3 wickets for Muskan Club.
In reply, Muskan Cricket Club scored 112 runs by losing 3 wickets, thus won the match by 7 wickets.
In another match, Sangam Cricket Club thrashed Kongposh Cricket Club to enter the last four stage.
Kongposh scored 145 runs in 20 overs. Vishu top cored with 40 runs. Vicky took 3 wickets from Sangam Club.
In reply, Sangam scored the required runs in 13.2 overs. Sarthak was the top scorer with 46 runs.
The matches were officiated by Viru, Sonu, Mintu and Bakshi.
