SAMBA, Feb 24: Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association is organizing Samba District Cycling Championship on Feb 28, which will take off from Canal Road Vijaypur, near Vishkarma Mandir, here.
According to a handout issued here, the Championship will be held in four categories of Under-14, 16, 19 and elite group.
