JAMMU, Dec 21: Sainik School Nagrota hosted its Alumni Meet 2025, bringing together over 200 alumni along with their families, celebrating enduring bonds and shared memories.
The cadets welcomed the alumni with a vibrant cultural programme, featuring a Welcome Song, disciplined Hornpipe Dance, a musical performance by the school band Decibels, and a precise Band Display, reflecting the school’s grooming and ceremonial ethos.
A key highlight was the inauguration of the renovated School Library, funded by the Silver Jubilee alumni batch (1993-2000) and Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) donated by the Kakini Foundation under its CSR initiative, promoting technology-enabled learning. The event also witnessed NEXAS-supported felicitation of Class XII cadets and awards for meritorious students excelling in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
Principal highlighted ongoing developmental projects and achievements at regional and national levels, expressing gratitude to alumni for their guidance and support. The meet concluded on a high note, reaffirming the school’s legacy, shared values, and lifelong bond with its ex-Nagrotians.
