PULWAMA, Jan 18: In commemoration of the Army Day and Republic Day, the local Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Tral under the aegis of Chinar Corps and Victor Force organized an inter village cricket tournament at Bajwani, Tral for the youth of the area.
The aim of the tournament was to promote games and sports and boost local talent among the youth.
The match was played between Chhattargam Jaabaz and Kahlil Warriors, wherein former emerged the winner, defeating latter by a margin of 80 runs.
The local youth of the area lauded the efforts of the Army in promoting sports talent.
