JAMMU, Sept 7: Round-1 continued on day-2 of Junior Snooker in the ongoing 26th Billiards and Snooker Championship, being held at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
The Championship is being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association.
In today’s matches, Rishab Arora defeated Tushar Sharma (2-1), Nipun Gupta drubbed Rohit Kumar (2-1), Deepak Kumar beat Navjot Singh (2-1), Rakshit Sharma outplayed Sanam Dogra (2-1), Shivansh Manhas trounced Robin Kumar (2-1), Zulfkar Ali Khan thrashed Ketan Sharma (2-1), Akshay Verma outclassed Basit Wani (2-1), Rohit Chib defeated Satvik Harni (2-1), Sudhanshu Gupta defeated Shubham Sharma (2-0), Furkan Wani got walkover against Satyam Sharma, Aqsim Rashid beat Faizan Choudhary (2-1), Anmol Singh beat Adhar Gupta (2-0), Dinesh Bhagat prevailed over Tushar Manhas (2-0), Harjot Singh drubbed Sethi (2-1) and Mohd Asad defeated Royal Singh (2-0).
All the matches were held with strict marking and under BSFI rules and regulations.
