JAMMU, Oct 11: A series of programmes on adolescent education, organized in several schools in the district, concluded today with a district level ‘Role Play’ competition at DIET Poonch.
The programme was presided over by the Chief Education Officer, Poonch, Abdul Hamid Fani.
Government Girls High School (GGHS) Ari, Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS) Surankote, Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Poonch and GGHSS from Tehsil Mandi participated in today’s district level competition.
The themes which were highlighted by the participants were heart touching which brought tears in the eyes of audience and left them spell bound.
GGHS Ari bagged 1st prize while BHSS Poonch and GGHSS Surankote won 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively. General Manager, DIC, Dr Zakir Hussain and Dr Amit Kour acted as jury members.
