JAMMU, Aug 10: RM Public School, Chowadhi conducted an online inter-school symposium on ‘COVID-19 preventive measures’ in which nine students of three schools participated.
The students shared their views on preventive measures to control COVID-19 pandemic and suggested various preventive measures such as washing of hands regularly, covering of face while sneezing, wearing of mask whenever out of house, social distancing etc during the symposium.
First prize was clinched by Nandita Saini of Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar Jammu, whereas first runner up title was clinched by Rijwal Sharma of Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar and second runner-up was tied between Kanika and Riya Thakur, both from Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar.
Sakshi Thakur, Senior Lecturer of English, APS Kaluchak was the judge of the competition, whereas, the event was conducted under the supervision of School Principal, Ravinder Kour.
All the guests and school staff praised the efforts of the students.
