Rich Harvest School celebrates annual day

JAMMU, Mar 15: Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana today celebrated its annual day and prize distribution function with pomp and show in the school premises, here today.
Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak, former Minister and Member CWC AICC and Chairman Dogra Educational Trust was the chief guest on the occasion, while Surekha Charak, President Dogra Academy Society and Chairperson SG Dogra Foundation was the guest of honour.
Kr Gambhir Dev Singh, Managing Director Dogra Higher Secondary School and Member ZRUCC; Uma Katal, Founder and Manager Rich Harvest and Bela Thakur, Senior Faculty Dogra College of Education were the special guests.
Mrs Ruchi Charak presented the welcome address and highlighted the efforts of the Management and the staff in providing quality education to students so as to ensure all-round moral, intellectual and physical development through an integrated programme of studies and extra curricular activities by adopting latest technologies and teaching aids.
The welcome speech was followed by lighting of lamp by the dignitaries on the occasion.
Annual Report was presented by Dr Shivani Singh, Principal Rich Harvest School, wherein she threw light on the achievements of the School.
Children presented a commendable cultural extravaganza with full enthusiasm and enthralled the audience with their performances.
Speaking on the occasion, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak lauded the efforts of the students and the staff of the Rich Harvest School for organizing an impressive programme.
Uma Katal also spoke on the occasion and congratulated the staff, students and their parents for making the function a grand success.
Later prizes among the outstanding students were distributed by the chief guest on the occasion.
Anshika and Harivansh of class 3rd and 4th respectively conducted the proceedings of the function. The function came to an end amid the serene tones of the National Anthem.
