JAMMU, Oct 24: The registration of Football extravaganza ‘Let’s Play’, being organized by the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports will begin from October 26, 2017. Director Youth Services and Sports, Shiekh Fayaz Ahmed has invited the student and non-student community for participation and asked them to get themselves registered for taking part in the mega event.
While giving the details about the event, he said that the process of online registration will begin from October 26, 2017 and the same can be done by logging in to the online web portal www.letusplayjk.com.
Fayaz also said that two control rooms one each at Srinagar and Jammu have been established for the smooth conduct of the Football Tournament and any information pertaining to the same can be obtained by getting in touch with the mentioned control rooms on Tele-fax 01942310301 (Srinagar), 01912544089 (Jammu), 7006281186 (WhatsApp), Email: letusplay2017@gmail.com.
Shiekh Fayaz siad the process of registration wil conclude on November 6, 2017.
It is pertinent to mention here, that the mega championship in Football ‘Let’s Play’ which is being conducted under Khelo India and was awarded by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports to the Department of Youth Services and Sports J&K was kicked off by Minister for IT/TE and Youth Services and Sports, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari at TRC Astroturf Ground recently.
“About 77, 824 boys and girls from 199 zones of 22 Districts of the state are expected to participate in the mega championship,” organizers claimed.
