REASI, Mar 9: RCC Reasi defeated National Cricket Club (NCC) Reasi by 34 runs to enter the semifinals of the ongoing Sadbhavana Cup T20 Cricket Tournament, which is being organized by Reasi Cricket Club at Sports Stadium, here.
Batting first, RCC Reasi scored a fighting total of 158 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Sunny Sr top scored with 71 runs, while Sumit, Shubam and Chandan contributed 25, 21 and 18 runs to the total respectively. For NCC, Karan Dev Singh took 3 wickets, while Pritam claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, NCC bundled out for 124 runs in 18.3 to lose the match by 34 runs. Aman, Karan Dev Singh and Pritam contributed 39, 37 and 16 runs to the total respectively. Sunny Sr took 3 wickets, while Sunny Jr, Khalid and Ankush claimed 2 wickets each.
The match was officiated by Kuldeep and Nadeem Bhat as umpires, while Madan Thakur was the scorer.
