JAMMU, Mar 13: Ace Indian cricketer and skipper of J&K Ranji Trophy team, Parvez Rasool visited the premises of KC Sports Club today and bestowed tips to budding cricket aspirants receiving training at the Club, under the guidance of coaches from the Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence (YSCE).
Rasool, who has represented India, India-A and Sunrisers Hyderabad in Indian Premier League (IPL) held a session with the youngsters in the large Indoor Cricket Hall of the Club and gave them tips about some finer techniques of the game.
While sharing his experience with the youngsters, Rasool stressed upon them to achieve mental toughness, which he said is the ‘mantra’ for blossoming at the highest level.
“Cricket Hall at KC Sports Club is an ideal and unique indoor facility that provides the finest possible internationally acclaimed surfaces for both spin and fast bowling and also offers the convenience of an automatic bowling machine for independent practice,” said Rasool while practicing his own game at the Club.
