JAMMU, Dec 18: Display-ing extraordinary dodging, caging and weaving skills, besides motor-ability and grit, Ranbir Singh and Amarpreet Kour emerged star performers in men and women section of the State Senior Basketball Championship respectively.
Ranbir was adjudged Most Valuable Player (MVP) in men’s section, while Amarpreet was declared MVP in the women’s section. Both these players were presented a cash award of Rs 10,000 each, which was announced by the president of J&K Basketball Association at the opening ceremony of the Championship on the other day.
