Raj Kumar, Sumit, Sayida emerge winners in Debate Competition

JAMMU, Nov 23: A debate competition on Human Rights awareness was organized today by J&K Police Telecom Headquarters at Conference Hall, APHQ Gulshan ground here on the topic “The Evolving role of Police in the wake of COVID Pandemic and Lockdown Implementation”.
IGP Headquarters/Technical Services (PHQ) Gareeb Dass was the chief guest. Anita Sharma, SSP Commandant IRP-14th Battalion, Mohammad Shabir SO to Commandant General HG/CD, J&K Jammu and Shakeel Kachroo, SSP Telecom Jammu were also present on the occasion.
Different J&K Police wings viz PHQ, Security, Crime, CID, Traffic and Telecom participated in the competition.
The debate was conducted under the chairmanship of Davinder Pal Singh, Director Police Telecom, J&K.
In the end, Davinder Pal Singh Director Police Telecom J&K distributed the cash prizes among the winners.
First, second and third prizes were given to Inspector Raj Kumar of CID Jammu, SI Sumit Mangotra of Crime Headquarters Jammu and Woman Constable Sayida Akhter of Security Jammu respectively.
