Quiz competition held at DPS Jammu

JAMMU, July 26: A quiz competition was organized at Delhi Public School, here today. Large number of students from the School along with their teachers participated in the event.
MLA Rajesh Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners of the competition and lavished praise for the high standard of knowledge of the participating students.
Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, Saujanya Sharma and Health Officer, Zafar Iqbal were the guests of honour on the occasion. They also eulogized the winning students for their good performance and expressed satisfaction for the overall development of the School.
Rajesh Gupta while addressing the students said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completely changed the image of our country and India now is counted among the foremost nations in the world, adding that the GDP growth rate here is highest among the leading economies in the world and India has started growing even faster than mighty China.
Mr Gupta asked the students to maintain a high standard of excellence in their studies, adding that in the days to come Jammu will have many institutions of excellence and students would be able to study and work in them and become partners in the development of the State.
Prominent among others who participated in the function were Ramesh Sharma, Dalip Gupta, PC Gupta, Manav, Chaman Lal, Raj Kumar, Gopal and Amit.
