JAMMU, Feb 20: Pushp Vatika, a play way school Jeevan Nagar celebrated Foundation Day with exhilaration, here today.
Suman Sharma, Ex- Incharge of Pushp Vatika Gandhi Nagar, Kewal Krishan Gupta and Sneh Prabha Chopra from Old Age Home were the guests of honour.
The function commenced with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries.
The students under the guidance of their teachers presented a variety of cultural items which enthralled the audience on the occasion.
A game “Eat and Win” and dance competition was organized for the grandparents and 1st, 2nd & 3rd position holders were presented gifts by the dignitaries.
The students were felicitated of their achievements for the session 2018-19 by the eminent guests and Rameshwar Mengi, Principal of School.
All the guests in their address lauded the performance of the students. They also praised for the school management.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks presented by the Incharge of the Pushp Vatika, Sushma Sharma.
