JAMMU, Apr 24: Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar Jammu organised a programme here today in the school premises. Ansuya Jamwal, ADC, Law and Order, was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The event began with a welcome song followed by a skit in which the students of XII depicted the importance of teamwork. The Chief Guest felicitated the newly appointed council members with badge and sashes.
The students took the oath of allegiance to accomplish their duties with honesty, grit and determination. The outgoing student council was honoured by presenting certificates of appreciation to Head Girl, Navreen Kour. Chief Guest, Ansuya Jamwal in her address appreciated the newly elected council. Ritu Mahajan, parent of Courtesy House Captain, praised the school for an enriching educational journey of students.
