PPND FC, NGR FC emerge winners

JAMMU, Feb 6: Pandit Prem Nath Dogra Football Club (PPND FC) and NGR FC scripted wins in the ongoing Football Premier League J&K UT by trouncing their rivals Param FC and City FC by 4-1 and 2-0 goals respectively.
The Football league is being organised by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with Football Association of J&K at GGM Science College Ground, here today.
In first match, Ilyas scored brilliant four goals for PPND FC, whereas Anikat netted one goal for his team Param FC.
In another match which was played between NGR FC and City FC wherein NGR FC won the match with the margin of 2-0 goals.
The tournament is being organized under the supervision of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, and Satpal Singh Chief Football Coach, whereas Prem Singh former SAI Football coach was the chief guest who introduced the players of both the teams before the start of the match.
Aman Banathia (Centre referee), Dheeraj Meenia (Asst referee), Ajay Singh (Asst referee) and Ziara Koushar (4th referee) were among technical panel of the first match, whereas Rahul Sharma (Centre referee), Aman Sudan (Asst referee) and Dechen Angmo (4th referee) were among technical panel for 2nd match.
The tournament was graced by prominent persons including Narinder Gupta, chairman DFA Jammu, Yousaf Don, secretary DFA Jammu, Kamal Kishore, Football coach DFA Jammu and Vishwamitter, former Football coach, J&K Sports Council.
