JAMMU, Nov 10: J&K Sports Power Lifting Association is organizing Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior and Maste State Bench Press Power Lifting Championship for men and women equipped and unequipped on November 30 at Brahman Sabha Parade here from 9 am onwards.
The decision of organizing the Championship was taken in a meeting, which was attended by Rajan Jain, General Secretary, Narender Singh Manhas, Secretary, Vijay Singh Chib and Iqbal Singh, Joint Secretaries, Santokh Singh, member and other office bearers.
The Championship is being organized to select the power lifters for the upcoming National Bench Press Power Lifting (equipped and unequipped) to be held at Delhi Haat Pitampura New Delhi on December 21st and 22nd.
The body weight will be taken on November 28 from 4 pm to 6 pm at BJD Paloura.
