POONCH, May 11: Poonch Zone held Zonal Level Inter-School competitions in the disciplines of kabaddi, kho-kho, volleyball, cricket and speedball, here today.
The competitions, which were held under the supervision of Tej Kour, ZPEO Poonch, were declared open by the Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Poonch in an impressive and well attended function.
In kho-Kho Under-17 boys, HS Degwar defeated HSS Poonch, while in Kho-Kho Under-14 boys, MS Banwat got better of MS Degwar.
In Kabaddi Under-17 boys, HS Ajote defeated HSS Boys Poonch, while in Kabaddi Under-14 boys, MS Batwari got better of MS Purani Mandi.
In Volleyball Under-17 boys, HS Purani Poonch defeated HS Degwar Maldyina, while in Volleyball Under-14 boys, MS Ajote prevailed over MS Dhokari.
