JAMMU, Oct 19: Organized by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion located at Bhaderwah under Delta Force, 10-day Pir Panjal League Kho Kho Tournament for girls concluded today.
A total of eight teams of different schools from Bhaderwah tehsil participated in the tournament. A total of eight matches were played during the tournament.
The final match was played between Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Malothi and Akhtar Public School (APS), Sartingal in which GHSS Malothi defeated APS Sartingal with the margin of 12 – 08.
The Volleyball Tournament organized by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion based at Gool under Uniform Force, concluded on October 18, 2014. A total of six teams participated under the banner of various schools and villages. The final match was played between Government Middle School, Gosai and Government High School, Khanikote, which was won by the latter with a narrow margin.
