JAMMU, Oct 11: PG Department will take on GCET in the men’s final of the ongoing Inter-Collegiate Table Tennis Tournament (Men & Women) being held at Gymnasium Hall, University of Jammu, here.
In women’s section, GCW Udhampur beat GCW Parade by 3-2 to seal berth in the final.
Earlier, in men’s quarterfinals, IDS Sehore defeated MBS College of Science & Technology by 3-0, while GCET beat ASCOMS by 3-2.
In semifinal, PG Department beat GDC Udhampur by 3-1 and GCET drubbed IDS Sehore by 3-2.
In women’s semifinal, GCW Udhampur beat GCW Parade by 3-2.
The matches were officiated by Varun Gupta, Sanjeev Sharma, Rekha Ratra, Gourav Sharma, Ravish Vaid, Buneet Singh, Gourav and Mohd Khalid.
Prominent among others present during the matches were Jai Bharat, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Suman Lata, Romesh Mangotra, and Gagan Kumar.
